Warranty Information


The warranty is valid only on the limited products (mentioned in the description). EquipOffices.com reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.

Obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement the defective part or at its discretion replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself. Warranty repairs must be carried out by Vendor’s/EquipOffices.com Authorized Service Centre. Warranty cover will be void, even if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service centre. EquipOffices.com shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product.

Products Carrying RTB Warranty

All products purchased with us contain a Return To Base warranty either to EquipOffices service center or the authorized Vendor Service Center anywhere within UAE.


Products Carrying Onsite Warranty

Free spare parts replacement excludes consumables & wear and tear parts (e.g. toner, developer, drum unit, Fuser unit, heater roller) within warranty period.

The User responsibility

1.  Shall pay the charges set out in above upon Checkout

2.  If Installation pack purchased shall ensure that installation area, electrical outlets and supply with an exclusive dedicated voltage stabilizer and access ways etc. for installation, passage and electrical connections of the equipment, its place of the installation are suitable in accordance with EquipOffices.com pre-installation are suitable with the User and maintained so during the currency of the Agreement, for proper servicing of the equipment.

3.   Shall not re-site the equipment as the Agreement is only in the respect of the present place of installation of the equipment unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing prior to re-siting.  The Agreement does not cover charges for re-siting. Re-siting charges AED 350 per re-siting extra if applicable.

4.  Shall pay additionally for repairs/adjustments, or replacements occasioned due to defects arising out of. 

·  Servicing / Maintenance of the equipment by the persons other than EquipOffices Authorized persons.

·   The use of parts and consumables harmful to the Equipment.

·   Negligence by the User employees 

·   Willful act or default or any alteration or attachment to the equipment

·   By the User’s failure to meet the site requirement.


 Repair or replacement disclaims the right to extend or renew of the warranty period. The warranty is applicable to only defects in material, design and workmanship.

Warranty excludes periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear, replacement of consumables.

Abuse or misuse, including failure to use product purchased for its normal purposes or in accordance to EquipOffices.com instructions on usage and maintenance is excluded.

Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with the instructions and technical or safety standards prescribed in the product user manual. Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the our control is excluded.

Any damage caused due to unauthorized modifications carried out to the product in order to comply with local or international technical standards in countries is excluded.

Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in the product user manual is excluded.

The batteries are charged by chargers other than those approved by Manufacturer. Any of the seals on the battery enclosure or cells are broken or show evidence of tampering is excluded.

This warranty is not transferable.
